Our story
A gateway, not a gatekeeper.
Ajyad was built because we know that starting — or reclaiming — your prayer journey can feel intimidating. We wanted to build something that welcomes.

Who Ajyad is for
Whether you are new to Islam, seeking a fresh start in your faith, or a busy Gen Z-er looking for an app that actually gets you — Ajyad is designed for you. We assume nothing, and we explain everything from scratch, at your pace.
The meaning of Ajyad
Ajyad means the best and choicest. We chose the name because it reflects our aim: to be a gentle, excellent companion on your path to prayer — a digital gateway to spiritual clarity, commitment, and a deeper, more peaceful connection, one day at a time.
Our crescent spark represents that first sliver of the new moon — a symbol of new beginnings, clarity, and growth. That's the feeling we want to bring to your routine.
How we build
Ajyad is an independent project maintained by a small team. We are not affiliated with any religious authority, and the app is informational — not a substitute for personal study or the guidance of a knowledgeable teacher.
