How does Ajyad calculate prayer times?
Ajyad uses your device location and a calculation method you can choose in Settings (e.g. Muslim World League, Umm al-Qura, ISNA). You can also fine-tune Fajr and Isha angles.
The Qibla direction seems off. What should I do?
Calibrate your phone's compass by moving it in a figure-eight motion, and step away from magnetic interference (laptops, speakers, metal desks). If it's still off, please report it below.
Why aren't notifications firing?
Check that notifications are allowed for Ajyad in your device settings, that Do Not Disturb isn't active, and that your reminder schedule is set. Some phones also aggressively restrict background apps — allow Ajyad to run in the background.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email us and we'll remove your account and associated data. You can also uninstall the app to remove locally stored preferences.
